CEU Assessments
Complete the learning assessment for the workshops you attended (and documented your attendance by signing the attendance sheet). We will match up your assessment with the attendance sheet and send you a certificate of completion with your name, workshop name and the CEU hours earned. You should receive your certificate within two weeks of submitting your assessment. The learning assessments will be available until May 16, 2008.
When you begin the assessment, you will be asked to type your name. Be sure to enter your name the way you want it to appear on your certificate. You may find that you need to click the “Start Test” button more than once to begin the assessment. Please do not begin a test until the last test is completed and graded.
